Job descriptionPerform admin configurations such as custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and approval processes. Customize and enhance Salesforce functionalities to align with business needs. Develop and manage REST API integrations with external systems. Ensure seamless data exchange and system interoperability through integration tools. Identify and resolve issues related to Salesforce configurations and customizations. Provide technical support and guidance to users. Perform unit testing and participate in system testing. Deploy solutions following best practices and ensure minimal disruption to business processes. Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality Salesforce Skills and Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Lightning Web Components (LWC) Apex (classes, triggers, batch jobs) Flows and declarative tools Salesforce Admin configuration (custom objects, workflows, validation rules, etc.) REST API Integration Strong understanding of Salesforce data models and security. Familiarity with version control tools like Git. Knowledge of Salesforce best practices for development and deployment. Salesforce certifications (e.g, Platform Developer I, Salesforce Administrator) are a Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving
