Job descriptionEnsure smooth functioning of all clinic services (slimming, beauty, dermatology, wellness). Maintain hygiene, safety, and quality standards. Oversee inventory, billing, and cash management processes. Manage, coach, and motivate the clinic team (Centre staff, Slimming Heads, Beauty Heads, Counselors). Conduct regular reviews and performance appraisals. Build a culture of accountability, service, and sales focus. Ensure every client receives a consistent, high-quality experience. Resolve escalations and ensure high NPS & client retention. Implement loyalty and referral programs. Adhere to company SOPs and statutory requirements. Ensure proper documentation for audits and reviews. Provide regular performance updates to regional leadership. Build local tie-ups (RWAs, corporates, gyms, wellness camps) for footfall generation. Partner with marketing & BTL teams for city-specific activations. Graduate / MBA preferred. 6–10 years of experience in healthcare, wellness, hospitality, or retail services . Proven track record of delivering revenue & leading teams. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Customer-first mindset with high ownership. Open to working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

The Clinic Centre Head is accountable for the overall performance of the clinic – owning revenue, customer experience, and operational excellence. This role involves leading cross-functional teams (slimming, beauty, dermatology, and support staff), driving sales, ensuring compliance, and delivering a superior client experience aligned with brand standards.
