We are looking for a skilled Non-IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for business, operations, sales, marketing, finance, admin, and support functions. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, excellent communication, and the ability to close positions quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle full-cycle recruitment for non-IT roles across departments.
- Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social platforms.
- Screen resumes, conduct HR interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up until closure.
- Maintain strong candidate pipelines for bulk and urgent hiring.
- Manage offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and onboarding coordination.
- Update recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and hiring dashboards.
- Build strong relationships with business heads for manpower planning.
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.1–5 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment .Strong sourcing and screening skills.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple open requirements simultaneously.Experience with ATS systems and recruitment analytics is a plus.Preferred Skills :
Experience hiring for sales, customer support, marketing, operations, and field roles.Ability to conduct bulk hiring when needed.Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and reporting.Location : Bangalore, Karnataka
