The Role
We’re hiring a Marketing & Communications Lead who can own our presence on LinkedIn and other digital channels , create sharp B2B content, and also support light administrative and operations activities .
This is a great role for someone who enjoys both thinking and doing : strategy, content, campaigns, plus some executive / ops support.
What You’ll Do
1. Marketing & Communications (Core)
- Own and execute our LinkedIn strategy for :
- Company page (consistent posts, engagement, follower growth)
- Founder / leadership profiles (thought leadership, personal brand)
- Plan and manage a simple content calendar across LinkedIn and other channels.
- Write and edit high-quality content :
- LinkedIn posts, articles, newsletters
- Case studies, one-pagers, decks, website copy
- Support other digital marketing activities :
- Basic website updates (WordPress / Webflow or similar)
- Email campaigns (Mailchimp / HubSpot or similar)
- Webinars / virtual events (promotion, logistics, follow-up)
- Coordinate with designers or use Canva / Figma to create on-brand creatives.
- Track and report basic marketing metrics (views, engagement, leads, traffic) monthly.
2. Admin & Operations Support
Maintain contact and lead lists in CRM / Sheets and keep them clean and updated.Support meeting coordination :Scheduling client / prospect meetings across time zonesPreparing decks and follow-up notesHelp with vendor coordination and basic admin :Tracking marketing spend, invoices and subscriptionsCoordinating with freelancers, agencies, and internal teamsProvide light executive assistance for marketing-related priorities (deadlines, events, speaking opportunities, article submissions, etc.).What You Bring
4–8 years of experience in B2B marketing / communications (consulting, SaaS, tech, or life sciences is a plus).Hands-on experience using LinkedIn as a primary marketing channel (for companies and / or founders).Strong English writing skills — you’re comfortable drafting posts and content that sound polished and executive-level.Comfortable working end-to-end : plan → create → publish → track .Good working knowledge of tools such as :LinkedIn, Canva, Google Docs / Slides / SheetsEmail tools (Mailchimp / HubSpot / etc.)Basic website CMS (WordPress / Webflow / etc.)High ownership, reliability, and comfort working with global teams (US / Europe / India time zones).CTC : ₹8L – ₹15L per annum .
