Job Role : SAP and Plant Master integration Developer Location : Mumbai / Pune / Bangalore / Nagpur Experience : 6-8 Years

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Senior Consultant to support and enhance our customers’ SAP landscape.

The role includes a combination of support and project work including configuration, enhancements, integration, and issue resolution.

The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of plant maintenance processes, strong hands-on experience in SAP PM, and excellent client-facing communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Provide SAP PM module support to business users - incident resolution, service requests, and problems

Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP PM solutions. - Configure SAP PM module for corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance processes.

Design, implement, and test SAP PM enhancements, reports, and interfaces.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including MM, PP, QM, and FI for integration scenarios.

Participate in full lifecycle implementation or rollout projects.

Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, identify gaps, and propose solutions.

Develop functional specifications for RICEFW objects.

Conduct user training and prepare documentation.

Support data migration and cutover planning.

Participate in system upgrades and regression testing. Required Skills and Experience

Minimum 6+ years of hands-on experience in SAP PM.

In-depth knowledge of maintenance planning and work order management.

Experience with SAP ECC or S / 4 HANA.

Good understanding of integration with MM, PP, QM, FI / CO, and EHS.

Experience in preparing functional specs and collaborating with ABAP.

Strong troubleshooting skills.

Excellent communication skills.

Ability to work independently and lead discussions.

Nice to Have Exposure to SAP Fiori apps in PM.

Experience in migration projects (ECC to S / 4 HANA).

Knowledge of best practices in asset management.

SAP PM or S / 4 HANA certification (preferred but not mandatory).
