About the Role

Join iQuanti’s Technology & AI (TAI) team to create GenAI-powered digital products that revolutionize marketing performance and accelerate our AI-first transformation. As a Staff Software Engineer, you’ll lead architecture and development of scalable web applications, guide technical direction, and guide engineers while delivering AI-driven product experiences across our platforms.

What You’ll Do

• Architect, design, develop and maintain scalable cloud-based (SaaS) applications.
• Write clean, efficient, and testable code following engineering best practices.
• Integrate Generative AI solutions into products to improve functionality and user engagement
• Implement systems for large-scale data processing, real-time performance, and high availability.
• Lead engineers through design reviews, code quality, testing, CI / CD, and security best practices.
• Collaborate with Product and Design teams to align technology with business goals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex performance, scalability, and reliability issues.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and drive continuous improvement across the product stack.
