Sales Coordinator

OVERVIEW

An opportunity for a sales coordinator to join our Sales team and will be responsible for supporting the sales process of a reputed manufacturing company in Kolkata

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred

AGE

25-35 years

COMPETENCY

Minimum 2 years work experience in Manufacturing Industry (preferably Gas, Engineering)

Understanding of Sales process and commercial terms of sales.

Skilled in quotations and proposals preparation

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in MSOffice (Word , Excel, Powerpoint)

Ability to manage In house Sales activities

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for activities related to the daily sales operations which includes :

Assist sales team in preparing quotations, proposals and sales reports

Coordinate day to day sales operation to ensure smooth workflow

Maintain and update customer records and sales database

Manage order processing and follow up with internal teams ( Production, QC, Despatch)

Track order status and provide timely update to clients.

Follow up with clients for order confirmation, payment and documentation.

Perks and Benefits :

Range of gross salary INR 20K - 30K per month, based on candidates competency level.
