Role Overview - Full Stack Engineer :
Working directly with the Engineering Head and Manager, you will be responsible for shaping the technical direction of the product and own a significant part of it.
You’ll be in charge of :
- Working closely with Product Managers, UX / UI designers, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translating them into technical solutions
- Analysing and solving complex technical problems across the full software stack, addressing issues related to performance, scalability, and system reliability
- Conducting thorough code reviews to maintain code quality, identify areas for improvement, and ensure compliance with coding standards
- Leading the design and development of major features. Owning the end to end modules - proof of concept to final design, development to deployment
- Designing scalable and repeatable solutions within each major feature
- Prototyping and designing new architecture and features as we encounter business and product use-cases
- Training, mentoring and collaborating with your team of engineers and developers
What expertise do you bring to the table?
Expertise in front-end technologies such as JavaScript, React or Angular, Next.Js, Redux, HTML5, CSS3, SCSS / SASS, Material UI.Strong proficiency in back-end technologies such as Node.Js, Python(Flask or Django).Experience with relational and non-relational databases, such as MSSQL, PostgreSQL, TimescaleDB or MongoDB.Solid understanding of software development methodologies, design patterns, and best practices.You have an understanding of message queues like Kafka , rabbitMQ , MQTTYou have an understanding of CI / CD (Jenkins) principles, including automated builds, tests and deployments.You’re extra awesome if :
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.Experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.You have worked with web technologies or have built data pipelinesYou have worked in a product company!More about you :
