Key Responsibilities : -

This role supports the daily HR functions, primarily focused on administration, compliance, and employee support.

• ⭐ Recruitment & Onboarding : Support candidate scheduling, communication, and new hire paperwork / coordination.
• HR Administration : Maintain accurate employee records (HRIS), process status changes, and ensure compliance with employment laws.
• ️ Employee Support : Serve as the initial point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies and benefits.
• Engagement : Assist in coordinating employee activities and administrative tasks for performance management.
