A Tier-1 Law firm are looking for Associates / Senior Associates to join their Transactions practice in Delhi NCR.

About the Role

Professionals should have 3-7 years PQE and be well-versed with mergers & acquisitions, general corporate advisory and facilitating PE / VC transactions.

Handle mergers & acquisitions

Provide general corporate advisory

Facilitate PE / VC transactions

Qualifications

3-7 years PQE

LLB degree required (Preferably from a reputed law college)

Required Skills

Expertise in mergers & acquisitions

Strong corporate advisory skills

Transaction facilitation experience

Preferred Skills

Experience in a Tier-1 law firm
