Role Overview : Bridging Creativity & Execution

The Showflow & Artist Manager ensures that every event unfolds seamlessly managing the rhythm transitions and flow of the entire experience. Acting as the bridge between creative ideation and real-time execution youll coordinate artists vendors and backstage operations to bring Kahanis signature storytelling to life.

Key Responsibilities

1. Show Flow & Event Execution

Design and manage detailed show flows for events ensuring every transition feels natural and emotionally resonant.

Oversee live execution managing timing cues and on-ground coordination.

Anticipate challenges and provide real-time solutions with calm precision.

Collaborate with creative design and production teams to align execution with the events artistic vision.

2. Artist & Vendor Management

Manage artist selection briefing scheduling and day-of coordination.

Ensure artists embody Kahanis storytelling-driven philosophy.

Act as the key liaison between artists vendors and internal teams for smooth coordination.

Handle performance logistics stage requirements and event-day readiness.

3. Internal Coordination & Quality Control

Work closely with the Client Experience Lead to deliver flawless event execution aligned with client expectations.

Identify operational gaps and recommend improvements to strengthen execution processes.

Develop and refine SOPs for show flow management artist engagement and vendor relations.

Support internal teams to maintain precision timing and brand consistency.

4. Brand & Experience Consistency

Ensure that every show flow reflects Kahani by i2Cs creative ethos and emotional storytelling approach.

Uphold quality control standards across all event setups and executions.

Continuously enhance artist and vendor management processes for efficiency and creative excellence.

Qualifications & Experience

Education : Graduate in Event Management Mass Communication or related field (MBA preferred)

Experience : Minimum 2-4 years in live event execution show flow management or artist coordination
