Role Overview

We’re looking for a strong NestJS / Node.js backend developer who can build scalable APIs, integrate third-party services, and ensure top-notch security and performance.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain backend services using NestJS (primary) and Node.js .

Build secure, scalable REST APIs and microservices.

Integrate with third-party systems (DigiLocker, MF Central, CIBIL, Health APIs, Payment gateways, etc.)

Work with PostgreSQL / MySQL databases (query optimization & data modelling).

Implement authentication, RBAC, and data-security best practices.

Write clean, reusable, well-tested code.

Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance.

Collaborate with frontend, product, and QA teams to ship features fast.

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience in NestJS (mandatory).

Good understanding of JavaScript / TypeScript , Node.js fundamentals.

Experience in SQL databases – PostgreSQL / MySQL.

Experience with JWT, OAuth2, encryption, and security practices .

Knowledge of API integrations , queues, schedulers, cron jobs.

Understanding of Git, branching, CI / CD workflows.

Ability to write clean code and follow architecture guidelines.

Good to Have

Experience with AWS / Docker .

Knowledge of microservices architecture .

Experience with Redis , caching, background jobs.
