Job Overview :
We are looking for a skilled Loan Processor support our Australian Mortgage Broking firm in a variety of tasks related to of loan processing, loan monitoring and loan administrative support.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who want to gain exposure to an Australian work culture while working closely with a dynamic team.
This role requires excellent English language proficiency, strong organizational skills, and experience in loan processing. It is preferred the candidate has experience in Apply Online, Sales Trecker 2.0, Quickly, but this is not essential. Candidate must be confident in using the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams and Power Point).
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide Excellent Customer Service : Handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to loan enquiries, deliver timely updates, and resolve issues efficiently.
- Coordinate Loan Files : Manage the complete loan processing lifecycle, from initial lead stage through to formal approval. Oversee and manage the workflow of both new and existing deals. Prepare loan documents, review file accuracy, manage data, maintain filing systems, monitor application progress, and follow up with lenders, conveyancers, solicitors, agents, and other stakeholders.
- Lender Policie s - Conduct in-depth research on lender products and policies. Understand lender policies of major banks and how it applies to deals. Knowledge of residential lending policies is a must. SMSF lending policies is a bonus.
- Analyse Information & Administration : Perform thorough analysis and verification of client financial documentation. Assess customer documents against policy standards, research lender requirements manage compliance, prepare FHOG applications, and produce accurate reporting.
- File & Data Management : Organise, update, and maintain secure digital files in line with confidentiality and firm procedures. Ensure accurate and compliant preparation of all loan documentation (loan packaging)
- Collaboration : Work closely with the Australian team to deliver timely financial reports and compliance documentation. Offer support and assistance to other members of the team as required.
Qualifications and Skills :
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Business Administration, or Master of Business Administration, or related field preferred.Experience : Minimum of 4 years of experience as a loan processor, servicing the Australian marketTechnical Skills : Proficiency in Apply Online, Quickly, Sales Trecker 2.0 is highly regarded and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) is necessaryLanguage Proficiency : Excellent command of English (both written and verbal).Attention to Detail : Strong attention to accuracy and detail, especially in document preparation and data entry.Organizational Skills : Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.Benefits :
