OVERVIEWAn opportunity for managing Accounts, Taxation & Finance of an Industrial Valve Manufacturing Company.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONSB. Com / M. Com / MBA (Finance) / CA or CFA ( will be preferred)

COMPETENCYMinimum 10 years working experience in a product manufacturing organisation Working experience in below with respect to a product manufacturing organisation Managing overall accounts including preparation & finalisation of Final Accounts (i.e. Balance Sheets)Ensuring compliance to statutory formalities which includes, Income Tax ( including TDS / TCS)GSTPayroll related e.g PF, ESIC etc Handling Tax Audit Handling Income Tax assessment Handling GST Audit & Assessment Knowledge of foreign currency accounting related to Import & Export. Knowledge of CMA preparation for Loans and required compliances of Lending Bank / Financial Institutions

RESPONSIBILITIESDirect responsibilities include Manage Accounts and Taxation Ensure compliance of Taxation and other accounting related statutory requirements Handle Tax Audit & Income Tax Assessment Handle GST Audit and Assessment MIS preparation and reconciliations related to Accounts & Taxation Ensure compliance to requirements of Lending Bank and CMA preparation for Bank Loans

Perks and Benefits : Gross Salary INR 75k per month, based on candidates competency level.
