Job Summary : -
The Brand Onboarding Executive / Business Development Executive is responsible for acquiring, on-boarding, and enabling new brands to successfully join our platform. This role ensures a smooth registration process, verifies brand information, and guides partners through setup, compliance, and launch. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, strong coordination abilities, and an understanding of e-commerce or brand partnerships.
Key Responsibilities :
Brand Onboarding
Initiate contact and onboard new brands interested in franchise expansion.
Collect and verify brand credentials, business profiles, and franchise-related documentation.
Explain onboarding processes, platform benefits, and partnership expectations.
Ensure all brand information is updated, accurate, and complete.
Franchise Expansion Consultation
Understand each brands model, value proposition, and expansion goals.
Guide brands in designing the right franchise structure (FOFO / COCO / FOCO, multi-brand model, etc.).
Recommend strategic expansion plans based on brand maturity, investment levels, and market fit.
Assist brands in evaluating franchise opportunities, pricing, and unit economics.
Market Research & Strategy
Conduct market analysis to map potential cities or regions for expansion.
Study competitors and industry benchmarks to provide growth insights.
Identify high-potential franchise partners or investors for onboarding (if applicable) Coordination & Enablement
Act as the central point of communication between brands, franchise consultants, and internal teams.
Support brands in preparing franchise kits, presentations, brochures, and training materials.
Ensure smooth handover to the franchise acquisition or account management team after onboarding.
Relationship Management
Maintain strong relationships with brand stakeholders throughout the onboarding and planning phase.
Address onboarding queries and ensure brands are confident in their expansion roadmap.
Provide periodic updates and status reports to leadership.

Proven experience in business development, sales, or client management.

Required Skills & Qualifications
2 to 5 years of experience in franchise development, brand on-boarding, consulting, or business development.
Strong understanding of franchise models and business expansion strategies.

Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate business potential and market opportunities.
Salary : 2.4 L PA to 4 LPA
