We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to drive user acquisition and growth through digital channels. This is a hands-on role where you will own campaigns end-to-end, optimize funnels, and directly impact business growth.Key Responsibilities :

Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across channels including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook / Instagram), YouTube, LinkedIn, and app store channels.

Manage the customer acquisition funnel and monitor CAC, CPL, ROAS, and LTV.

Run and scale lead generation campaigns targeting the global NRI audience.

Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to create compelling ad creatives and landing pages.

Leverage A / B testing to optimize creative, messaging, audience targeting, and bidding strategies.

Use analytics tools (e.G., Google Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel, etc.) to track performance and derive actionable insights.

Stay updated with digital marketing trends and identify new opportunities for growth.

Manage performance marketing budgets with a focus on maximizing ROI.

Work directly with founders and leadership to align marketing with strategic goals.

Skills & Experience :

2–3 years of hands-on performance marketing experience (fintech, e-commerce, or high-growth startups preferred).

Proven success in lead generation and paid acquisition campaigns.

Strong command of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and attribution tools.

Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision-making.

Experience in landing page optimization and funnel tracking.

Prior experience with global audience targeting (especially NRIs) is a plus.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
