Engineering Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead the development and delivery of our next-generation Agentic AI low-code / no-code hyperautomation platform. You will be responsible for engineering excellence, SDLC enforcement, and ensuring product scalability, performance, and reliability. This is a hands-on leadership role spanning backend, frontend, DevOps, and QA teams.

What you'll do at EvoluteIQ :

Primary Ownership :

To drive AI-First Development within EIQ Product Engineering Team – with Vibe Coding and internally developed AI-First model to drive the engineering.

Comprehensive ownership of Engineering DevSecOps with complete SDLC cutting across all technologies : Java, Python, .NET, JS and others used in the platform.

Detailed responsibilities :

Lead, mentor, and grow a cross-functional engineering team.

Define, enforce, and continuously improve SDLC and quality processes.

Oversee delivery of product features, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.

• Conduct design and code reviews;

ensure adherence to architectural principles.

Own release readiness and production deployment quality.

Collaborate with Product, Architecture, and DevOps for seamless delivery.

Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and automation initiatives.
