Marketing Head

Location : Currently remote but will transition to onsite in Bangalore starting April or before April 2026

Spektra Systems is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Head to lead Saasifys marketing efforts. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive growth and revenue for the company.

We are looking for someone with great people management and problem-solving skills. Prior experience of working with a startup or an entrepreneurial experience will be an added advantage.

In addition to B2B marketing the role will entail close collaboration with engineering sales product and HR teams as well as with external stakeholders like Microsoft as and when required. As the Marketing Head you will be leading a team of 10-15 marketing professionals to support the execution of the following responsibilities.

Responsibilities :

• Create and drive the Go to Market (GTM) strategy for different products under the Spektra brand name.
• Drive revenue goals of the Product by customer segment geographies / markets and product modules and keep track of the progress.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners including Microsoft to identify joint marketing opportunities and collaborate on projects.
• Utilize data-driven insights and analytics to monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives and optimize the marketing budget for maximum ROI.
• Represent the company at industry events conferences and other networking opportunities.
• Manage the companys brand identity and ensure consistency across all marketing channels
• Facilitate content marketing to ensure systematic and effective content distribution via referral / influencers programs social media (LinkedIn Twitter) etc.
