Architect

Key Responsibilities

Technical :

Strong understanding of drawing standards, ability to execute instructions independently, coordinate multi-disciplinary inputs, and review / mark up drawings for junior team members.

Documentation & Process :

Knowledge of RIBA Stages, interdisciplinary coordination, consultant scopes, and industry standards. Ability to use approved documents and regulations to ensure compliance.

Project Administration :

Understand project requirements, support feasibility studies, estimate work hours, identify risks early, manage documentation, and assist seniors in ensuring compliance and project delivery.

Project Tools :

Advanced Revit skills (Autodesk certification preferred), model setup, clash detection, design options, parametric families, and keynoting. Basic knowledge of Navisworks, Dynamo, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe tools, and Enscape.

Architecture, Construction & Technology :

Ability to interpret and respond to client mark-ups, understand construction sequencing, materials, and building elements, and support seniors in technical development.

Candidate Profile

Strong drawing comprehension and detailing capability.

Able to annotate, produce mark-ups, coordinate multi-disciplinary inputs, and flag discrepancies.

Good understanding of construction packages, buildability, and material research.

Able to mentor juniors through sketches and technical guidance.
