We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Engineering Manager with architect-level expertise, strong people leadership, and a strategic mindset to drive innovation and business alignment. This role is pivotal in delivering scalable Salesforce solutions and fostering cross-functional collaboration in a remote-first environment. Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership & Decision-Making
- Architect and guide the implementation of complex Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom applications.
- Make critical technical decisions on architecture, design patterns, scalability, and performance trade-offs.
- Define and uphold best practices in development, security, and platform governance.
- Lead technical reviews and ensure high-quality, maintainable solutions that align with enterprise standards.
People Leadership
Manage and mentor a distributed team of Salesforce engineers, fostering a culture of ownership, growth, and accountability.Drive team performance, career development, and engagement in a remote setting.Build and scale engineering capacity to meet evolving business needs.Business Partnership & Stakeholder Engagement
Act as a strategic partner to product owners, business leaders, and cross-functional teams.Translate business requirements into technical solutions that deliver measurable value.Build strong relationships with stakeholders across geographies and functions.Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate effectively with global teams including product, QA, infrastructure, and support.Navigate ambiguity and drive alignment across time zones and organizational boundaries.Champion transparency, shared goals, and inclusive decision-making.Innovation & Strategy
Lead initiatives to modernize CRM capabilities and improve user experience.Explore emerging Salesforce features and technologies to drive innovation.Contribute to long-term platform strategy and roadmap planning.Required Qualifications
14+ years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture.3+ years of experience in engineering management or technical leadership.Salesforce certifications such as Certified Technical Architect (CTA) , Application Architect , or System Architect are highly preferred.Strong command of Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.Experience with agile methodologies, CI / CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and drive cross-functional collaboration in a remote environment.Demonstrated experience making impactful technical decisions in complex enterprise settings.Exposure to Agentforce and other AI technologiesPreferred Qualifications
Experience working in a global delivery model with distributed teams.Familiarity with integration platforms like MuleSoft or other middleware.Exposure to enterprise-level CRM transformation and innovation programs.Exposure to technologies outside of Salesforce tech stackSuccess on AI project rollout would be highly preferred
