Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Revenue Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in revenue management for boutique hotels and a strong understanding of OTA platforms .

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize room rates, inventory, and availability across all OTA platforms.
• Monitor daily pick-up, forecast demand, and identify revenue opportunities.
• Analyse market trends, competitor pricing, and booking patterns to support pricing strategies.
• Coordinate with the reservations, sales, and operations teams to maximize room revenue.
• Prepare weekly and monthly revenue reports, performance updates, and action plans.
• Ensure property listing accuracy across all OTAs, including content, images, and promotions.
• Implement promotional strategies, rate plans, and special offers to boost occupancy.
• Maintain relationships with OTA account managers to leverage visibility and maximise conversions.
