Position : Customer Documentation & CRM Executive Location : Mansarovar Extension, Jaipur Experience : 2–3 years (Real Estate preferred)
Key Responsibilities
Manage booking forms, allotment letters, welcome kits and customer file preparation
Draft & coordinate Sale Agreements, Construction Agreements, Tripartite Agreements, Sale Deeds
Coordinate with customers for KYC, payment schedules, NOCs, loan documentation
Work with legal team for agreement vetting & signing process
Maintain customer data and workflow on CRM software.
Coordinate with banks for loan sanction, disbursement letters, and project approvals
Support customers from booking to possession with smooth documentation experience
Prepare MIS reports for management on agreement status, pending documents, registration progress
Candidate Profile
2–3 years experience in Real Estate documentation / CRM / Customer Relations
Strong understanding of RERA documentation, agreements, and registry procedures
Good communication skills
Proficient with CRM tools, MS Office, PDF editing, and document management
Should be responsible, organised and customer-friendly
