Backend Lead (Node.js + PHP)

Backend Lead : 4 -5 Years

Location : Lower Parel, Mumbai

We are seeking an experienced Backend Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation of at least 4-5 years in Node.JS, PHP, Wordpress, MongoDB. This role requires proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, and the ability to design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust backend systems.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain high-quality backend applications and APIs using pHP, Node.js & MongoDB.
• Design and implement scalable solutions on cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate backend services with front-end applications.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs in legacy codebases.
• Lead and mentor junior engineers, conducting code reviews and sharing best practices.
