Role Description
To handle and expand the existing Institutional sales - manage existing aggregator, corporates and educational institute tie-ups and to explore newer business opportunities.
Job Responsibilites
- Manage and expand the existing business by ensuring strong performance, maintaining customer relationships, and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Establish new partnerships with relevant aggregators, food partners, corporates, and educational institutions to widen market reach.
- Coordinate with Regional Managers whenever required to support business initiatives and ensure smooth regional operations.
- Monitor day-to-day sales closely, track performance trends, and take timely actions to address deviations.
- Analyse regional factors impacting sales, including competition, demand patterns, pricing, and operational challenges, and recommend appropriate measures.
- Carry out monthly reconciliation of payment receivables, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-ups.
Pre Requisites
Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, with 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience.Demonstrate strong leadership qualities with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.Possess excellent organizational skills along with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
