Job description3–7 yrs in Q-commerce / FMCG / retail ops or franchise mgmt Strong partner management & execution skills Good analytical ability (dashboards & KPIs) Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred
Location : We are hiring across multiple locations such as Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Delhi NCR, etc.
Role :
Drive performance, profitability, and operational excellence across franchise-operated dark stores. Manage partner governance, SLAs, manpower, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Single POC for franchise partners
- Relationship building
- Weekly / monthly governance & performance reviews
- Improve store P&L, SLAs, availability & wastage
- Ensure SOP, audit & compliance adherence
- Fix roster, attendance, inventory & process gaps
- Support new store onboarding & readiness
- Cross Functional Coordination with Growth / Category / Supply Chain / HR teams
- Reduce shrinkage, damages & operational risks
