Job Description

• Work with credit business team supporting them in preparation and maintenance of financial models for all issuers and potential transactions covered
• Build financial forecasts for all relevant names using the Common Lens Framework
• Create pitch decks for and pre-meeting materials on potential clients, including overview of the company, capital structure, historical financials and business strategy
• Assist the Relevant Analysts in the preparation of credit approval memoranda and PowerPoint presentations, both for new credits and for periodic credit reviews

The Successful Applicant

• 2+ years' experience analyzing corporate financial statements, as well as bond and equity offering documents.
• Strong excel skills in order to build spreadsheets detailing historical financial performance.
• Strong power point skills in order to support production of presentations.
