Director – Cyber Security (BFSI)

Our client is seeking an experienced Director – Cyber Security to lead and grow their BFSI cyber portfolio across the Indian domestic market. This client-facing role demands strong cyber advisory expertise, deep understanding of RBI / SEBI regulations, and proven leadership in delivering security transformation for banks, NBFCs, exchanges, and financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead cyber strategy, governance, cloud security, and end-to-end security operations engagements for BFSI clients.
• Advise CXO-level stakeholders on evolving threats, regulatory expectations, and cyber maturity enhancement.
• Drive presales activities including solution design, proposals, client presentations, and deal shaping.
• Oversee large cyber transformation programs including SIEM / SOAR, SOC build / run, threat management, CTEM, ASM, BAS and AppSec.
• Ensure full compliance with RBI, SEBI, CSCRF and sector-specific security norms.
• Manage multi-disciplinary delivery teams and ensure high-value client experience.
• Support growth of organization’s domestic cyber business through account mining, partnerships, and thought leadership.
