Job descriptionBuild and nurture relationships with travel agents, tour operators, and corporate accounts. Ensure a superior client experience through consistent engagement and follow-ups. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies. Leverage data and insights to optimize business development efforts. Represent Antara Cruises at trade fairs, roadshows, and networking events. Act as a brand ambassador to promote Antara’s domestic cruise experiences. Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to align offers, campaigns, and itineraries with market demand. Graduate degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field. Minimum 10 years of experience in sales within luxury travel, cruises, or hospitality. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Willingness to travel across India. About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented DOS / ADOS (Domestic Market) to drive business growth and strengthen Antara’s footprint within India. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in luxury hospitality or travel trade sales, with a strong understanding of domestic market trends and client expectations.
What You’ll Do & What We’re Looking For
Market Expansion :
- Develop and execute sales plans targeting domestic travel partners, OTAs, and corporate clients.
- Identify and onboard new business partners across Tier 1 and Tier 2 / 3 cities.
