Role Overview
Looking for a high-impact Outbound SDR who blends classic prospecting skills with a “GTM Engineer” mindset.
This is not a seat-warming outreach position - we want a team player who learns fast, experiments, and leverages technology to drive exponential pipeline growth.
You’ll use modern SaaS and data tools to design, automate, and optimize multi-channel lead
generation and outreach sequences, actively collaborating with Product, CS, RevOps, and
Sales to find clinics that are in dire need for a paradigm shift solution.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute targeted outbound campaigns via calls, emails, social outreach, and product-led signals; shape and refine messaging with real-time feedback loops
- Systematically identify and research clinics, decision-makers, and buyer personas using advanced prospecting tools
- Co-design and implement automated GTM workflows (sequences, scoring, triggers) using CRM and sales engagement platforms
- Collect, analyze, and synthesize market / technology feedback to inform collateral and campaign updates; close gaps in messaging and targeting
- Document sales processes and share insights to optimize outreach playbooks; partner with leadership on scale and process improvement initiatives
- Qualify leads by probing for urgency, fit, and key pain points (RCM, documentation, billing automation, EMR transformation); ensure seamless handoff to AEs
Qualifications you'll need to have
2+ years in an SDR role, specifically outbound sales, or B2B SaaS with a proven track record of tech-enabled pipeline growth and overachieving on quota consistentlyExperience selling into enterprise level accounts is a bonusComfort with data-driven GTM experiments, campaign building, and sales stack optimizationHands-on experience with digital prospecting, list building, and personalized outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn, video)Mindset : Self-starter, process optimizer, and relentless learner.
