About the Role

Location : Coimbatore (Onsite)

We are looking for an experienced QA Lead who can own the end-to-end quality strategy for our products. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with test planning, execution, automation, and AI-assisted testing, while also coordinating closely with cross-functional teams. Experience in Project Management or Business Analysis will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Own, define, and execute the end-to-end QA strategy across projects.
• Prepare comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
• Drive functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
• Leverage AI tools and modern automation frameworks to enhance testing efficiency.
• Implement and maintain test automation suites for web, mobile, and API layers.
• Review and approve releases for deployment readiness.
• Work closely with product owners, developers, BAs, and project managers to ensure smooth delivery.
• Track and report defects, risks, and quality metrics.
• Ensure adherence to QA best practices, processes, and documentation standards.
• Mentor junior QA team members (if applicable).
• Contribute to requirement analysis and provide input during planning phases.
