SAP Success Factors Consultant (WFH) Job PurposeDeliver end-to-end SAP Success Factors implementations and provide ongoing support, ensuring seamless configuration, integration, and optimization across key HR modules.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the configuration, implementation, and support of SAP Success Factors modules.Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional and technical deliverables.Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and end-user training.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support integrations and drive process improvements.Ensure timely delivery of project milestones, documentation, and system enhancements.Provide post–go-live support, including updates, optimizations, and issue resolution.Must-Have Requirements8+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors.Strong expertise in key modules (e.G., EC, PMGM, RCM, LMS — adjust as needed).Proven experience in full-cycle implementations and ongoing support.Familiarity with S / 4HANA.Excellent stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills.Good-to-HaveExperience working on projects in Saudi Arabia.SAP SuccessFactors module certifications.
