Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive, located in Coimbatore. The Human Resources Executive will oversee HR operations, maintain employee relations, implement HR policies, and ensure effective HR management practices. Responsibilities include addressing employee needs, managing HR processes, and supporting organizational goals through strategic HR initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and expertise in HR Management and HR Operations
• Proficiency in managing Employee Relations and implementing HR Policies
• Solid understanding of core Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively with team members
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
