Position Overview : Digital Nest School of Business is seeking a seasoned academic leader to serve as the Academic Director

Training and Communications . This is a senior leadership position that demands a visionary educator with a deep commitment to student development, academic excellence, and institutional leadership. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Marketing, English language instruction, communication skill-building, and academic operations, with demonstrated experience in managing instructors and leading cross-functional educational initiatives. This role is integral to the holistic development of our students, particularly in preparing them for career success through enhanced communication and interpersonal competencies. The selected candidate will also play a key role in teaching marketing, managing our instructor community, driving student engagement, and overseeing academic assessments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing Instruction Teach core

Marketing concepts

that are rooted in academic frameworks while also reflecting current industry relevance. Focus on helping students develop strong foundational knowledge in areas such as consumer behavior, branding, market research, and strategy. Use

engaging teaching methods

like case studies, classroom discussions, and project-based learning to encourage analytical thinking and practical application. The goal is to equip students with the ability to connect theory to real-world marketing scenarios confidently and critically. 2. Communication & Placement Readiness Training Conduct training programs in

Spoken English, Communication Skills, Interview Etiquette , and Presentation Skills to prepare students for placement and professional success. Design content and delivery formats that cater to a diverse student base, focusing on confidence-building and articulation. 3. Instructor & Team Management Lead and mentor a team of

instructors and community managers , fostering a culture of academic excellence and accountability. Oversee performance, conduct periodic training evaluations, and implement faculty development strategies to enhance delivery quality. 4. Student Engagement & Clubs Supervise and advise

student-led clubs and co-curricular forums , encouraging leadership, creativity, and collaborative learning. Guide students in organizing events, debates, presentations, and activities that enrich their educational experience. 5. Examination & Academic Coordination Oversee the

Examination Department , ensuring smooth and transparent assessment planning, execution, and reporting. Maintain academic discipline and ensure alignment with institutional standards and timelines. Candidate Profile Outstanding

English communication skills , both written and verbal. Minimum

5 years of academic or training experience , preferably with exposure to managing teaching staff or academic operations. Solid expertise in

Marketing education

and Communication Skill Development. Strong leadership capabilities, with a student-first approach and collaborative working style. Master’s degree in Marketing, English, Business Communication, Education, or a related field. (PhD preferred but not mandatory)
