Job descriptionCreative Leadership : Lead the conceptualization and execution of brand and digital campaigns. Design Direction : Translate client briefs into strong visual narratives and innovative design solutions. End-to-End Ownership : Oversee the creative process-from ideation to final delivery-ensuring quality, creativity, and timeliness. Team Management : Guide, mentor, and collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other creative partners. Brand Strategy : Drive brand identity, visual storytelling, and integrated communication design. Innovation : Stay updated with trends, tools, and technologies to keep creative output relevant and fresh. Client Communication : Present and articulate creative ideas confidently to clients and internal stakeholders. Pitch Involvement : Actively participate and lead creative pitches and presentations. 6 - 10 years of experience in a digital or creative agency environment. Proven experience leading brand campaigns and digital-first design work. Strong understanding of visual communication, branding, and storytelling. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects); familiarity with 3D / animation tools (Maya, 3ds Max, Premiere Pro) is a plus. Strong sense of typography, layout, and detail orientation. Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to work under tight timelines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
