Role Summary

The Dean – Engineering will provide academic, strategic, and administrative leadership for all Engineering programs at SSPU. The role involves overseeing curriculum design, faculty development, research initiatives, student outcomes, startups &incubation and industry collaboration aligned with the university’s skill-based education model.

Key Responsibilities

1. Academic Leadership

• Provide strategic vision for Engineering programs (e.g., Computer Science , Data Science, Mechatronics depending on SSPU structure).
• Lead curriculum development, ensuring alignment with industry skills, emerging technologies, and regulatory standards.
• Promote innovation in teaching methods, skill model , and lab-based pedagogy.
