SAP Delivery Lead – FICO (Chartered Accountant)

Role Summary :

We are seeking a seasoned SAP Delivery Lead with deep expertise in the FICO module, preferably with a Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification. The ideal candidate will have 20+ years of experience, including multiple full-cycle SAP S / 4HANA implementations, and a proven track record of leading large-scale transformation programs in complex enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP S / 4HANA programs focused on FICO.
• Own the delivery lifecycle : planning, execution, cutover, and post-go-live support.
• Drive solution architecture and design in the Finance domain.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, SAP functional / technical teams, and system integrators.
• Ensure alignment between business goals and IT delivery.
• Manage cross-functional teams (onshore / offshore), ensuring timely delivery and quality assurance.
• Mentor junior consultants and foster a high-performance culture.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and audit requirements in financial processes.
• Oversee risk mitigation and delivery governance.
• Provide thought leadership on SAP innovations and finance transformation.
• Stay updated on SAP trends and best practices.

Required Qualifications :

Education :

Chartered Accountant (CA) is mandatory.

Additional qualifications like CMA or MBA (Finance) are a plus.
