From influencer collaborations to performance marketing and brand building, we work with ambitious businesses to deliver measurable and sustainable success.We’re looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager who can lead campaigns, optimize for conversions, scale webinar funnels, manage a team, and deliver performance excellence.About the RoleAs a Senior Performance Marketer, you will own BloomX’s paid media strategy across Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, and other channels, with the core objective of driving high-quality leads and sales for our clients’ webinar funnels and products.You will lead campaign execution, optimization, reporting, and insights delivery, and also mentor and manage junior media buyers and cross-functional marketing teams.You must be data-obsessed, creative, analytical, and highly result-oriented.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute paid campaigns with a focus on lead generation, webinar registrations, and product sales across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google platforms.Manage daily ad budgets in excess of ₹2L+, optimizing for conversions and ROAS.Setup, monitor, and troubleshoot Meta Pixel, Google Ads conversion tracking, and integration with WordPress, ClickFunnels, and other landing page platforms.Optimize funnels end-to-end, including landing page recommendations and CRO (conversion rate optimization).Create and share high-level progress reports (daily / weekly / monthly) via Google Sheets or Excel.Analyze data deeply to derive actionable insights, optimize campaign performance, and guide messaging / targeting strategies.Lead and mentor the performance marketing team and collaborate with creative, content, and
