The Sales Director will be responsible for establishing and leading Salesforce CRM Consulting Services across the India and US markets. This role demands a strong entrepreneurial leader with deep expertise in Salesforce solutions and a proven track record of developing sales functions within Indian and global enterprise and mid-market segments. The primary focus will be driving revenue growth, building and nurturing client relationships, and scaling operations to capture emerging market opportunities.

Qualifications and Requirements :

• 8+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, ideally within Salesforce CRM consulting services.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce products, with a strong network within the Salesforce ecosystem, including enterprise clients and channel partners.
• Proven success in an individual contributor sales role specializing in strategic alliances or partner sales.
• Strong understanding of alliance management, solution selling, and consultative sales techniques.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with experience engaging C-level executives.
• Demonstrated ability to independently develop and execute strategic account development plans.
