Job Summary :
The Non-Technical Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various non-IT roles across multiple industries. This role involves sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience. The recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and attract top talent.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop, update, and post job descriptions to attract suitable candidates.
- Source candidates using job portals, social media, networking, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial phone / video interviews and coordinate further rounds with hiring managers.
- Negotiate salary and benefits with candidates and manage offer letter processes.
- Build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers to ensure smooth onboarding.
- Track and report recruitment metrics and maintain candidate databases.
- Stay updated on industry hiring trends and advise on recruitment strategies.
- Promote employer brand as an attractive place to work.
- Handle multiple recruitment projects while prioritizing hiring needs.
Qualifications and Skills :
Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.Proven 5-8 years experience in full-cycle recruitment for non-technical roles.Strong understanding of recruitment tools, job boards (Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster), and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and organizational skills.Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.Strong decision-making and time management abilities.Role : Non IT Recruiter
