Roles & Responsibilities :

Customer Support & Problem Resolution :

• Respond to customer inquiries related to budgeting planning and financial consolidation processes.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve customer problems using both manual and AI-assisted diagnostics.
• Guide customers through product features configurations and best practices.
• Investigate and resolve data integration issues between our solutions and customers ERP systems.
• Leverage AI tools such as Forethought to enhance support efficiency automate ticket routing and surface relevant solutions.
