Senior Finance Manager – Accounting, Compliance & Month-End Close

Experience :  10+ Years with  5+ years leading a team

Qualification :   CA preferred   / M.Com with deep hands-on experience

Role Summary

We are seeking a  Senior Finance Manager  to run the  day-to-day Accounting Department  and ensure flawless  compliance, reconciliations, and monthly closing  in a fast-moving, multi-outlet F&B environment.

This role suits someone who has handled  ₹100+ Cr businesses ,  10,000+ monthly journal entries , and has led accounting teams in high-volume retail / F&B setups.

Key Responsibilities 1. Accounting Operations

• Oversee end-to-end accounting for outlets, central kitchen, and HO.
• Ensure accurate posting of high-volume journal entries across AP, AR, payroll, and inventory.
• Maintain ownership of the General Ledger (GL) and account reconciliations.
• Deliver clean P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
• Strengthen controls around cash, petty cash, and store expenses.
• Improve SOPs across accounting workflows.
• Implement strong internal controls to prevent leakage and errors.
