Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Manager, Assistant Food & Beverage Manager, F&B GSA at Barsana Hotel and Resort located in Siliguri. The individual in this position will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day food and beverage operations, ensuring high-quality customer service, managing staff training programs, and working within budgetary constraints. Responsibilities also include coordinating with kitchen staff, maintaining inventory, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Experience in Training staff
• Experience in Budgeting and financial management
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
• Previous experience in hospitality or food and beverage industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
