Role : Process Specialist

Job Level : JL3A

Experience : 1-5 Years

Location : Chennai

Education Criteria Any Graduation with Relevant Experience

Notice Period : Immediate Joiners

Shift 24

Work from office.

Language - English.

Purpose of the role : Closers review loan packages and create the Initial and subsequent Closing Disclosures (CDs). They coordinate with Title and Settlement agents to ensure an on-time closing and ensure data in the CD is correct

Roles & Responsibilities :

MDIA Disclosure timing and APR rules and TILA / RESPA LE / CDs / ICDs.

Qualifications / Skillset :

Designation -Process Specialist

Experience- 1-5 years of relevant experience

Location : Chennai

Shift timings : US Shift

Work Mode : Work from Office

Notice Period : Preferably Immediate Joiner

Education : Any Graduation with Relevant Experience will work.
