Vendor Relations Specialist

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Purchase Assistant based in Indore. The Purchase Assistant will be responsible for managing purchasing processes, creating and handling purchase orders, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring timely procurement of materials and services. Key duties include maintaining accurate records, negotiating with vendors, and collaborating with various departments to meet the organization’s operational requirements effectively.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Purchasing Processes, Purchasing, and Procurement
• Experience in managing and handling Purchase Orders
• Strong Communication skills for effective vendor and stakeholder interactions
• Detail-oriented with the ability to handle administrative tasks and maintain accurate records
• Basic knowledge of inventory management or supply chain processes is preferred

Requirement : RESIDENT OF INDORE.

Qualifications min B.Com

Minimum 7+ yr experience.

Excellent knowledge of MS Office and excel.

Salary 30000 per month (negotiable)
