About the team

Paytm Sales Team representative will help the merchants, retailers, customers or any individual in becoming a Paytm service agent with the detailed Paytm product service information, process and procedure. Paytm Sales Team Representative will build a PSA channel in their territories.

About the role

You will use data to inform business strategy and propagate the company's main growth engine. You will work hand in hand with our business departments, and product and data team creating a data-driven culture to maximize impact.

Expectations / Requirements

• Set up new processes and SOP for new projects
• Managing pre- and post-live ops for onboarding
• Manage merchant and sales team issues
• Identify merchandising requirements and coordinate with Brand Team for all merchandises
• Work with cross-functional teams to set up and align payouts for channel partners
• Work with stakeholders in multiple departments including growth, operations, sales, marketing, customer service to define and set up the capabilities needed for running operations
• Identify product requirements and coordinate for optimised operations

Education

Graduate or above / Post Graduation preferred.
