• Check whether they have worked on a VOE process as a separate process not as part of the underwriting process / any process because that is a basic validation
• Check whether they have working knowledge of creating the verification letter to verify income / employment Asset types gift / grants requirements.
• Check whether they have knowledge on verifying the income and VOE verification through third-party tools (work number and Google etc.
• Check whether they know in and out of DU LP and GUS in detail
• Check for the knowledge on Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac Guidelines
