The Role

We’re looking for a full-stack growth marketer who can own the top and mid-funnel : drive signups, build loops, and experiment relentlessly.

If you love running scrappy experiments, turning insights into growth playbooks, and blending creativity with analytics — this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

Growth Experiments & Funnels

• Design and execute experiments to drive signups, activations, and paid conversions across channels (LinkedIn, X, communities, email, SEO, affiliates)
• Analyze funnel performance in Mixpanel / GA4 and identify bottlenecks and breakout opportunities.
• Run structured A / B tests on landing pages, lead magnets, and pricing pages to improve CVR
• Own the affiliate program end-to-end — from recruitment and onboarding to performance tracking and payouts
• Build relationships with influencers, creators, agencies, and educators in the paid media space
• Design affiliate campaigns, launch assets, and content kits that make it easy for partners to promote GoMarble
• Experiment with incentives (first-month bounties, recurring commissions, referral bonuses) and measure ROI
