Description
We are looking for a proactive and motivated Customer Relationship Manager to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our customers, ensuring their needs are met and that they are satisfied with our services.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring timely resolution.
- Monitor customer feedback and work closely with internal teams to improve services and products.
- Prepare regular reports on customer interactions and feedback to inform strategic decisions.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services to existing clients.
