• Strong communication and networking skills
• Ability to identify, approach, and secure relevant industry experts
• Comfortable reaching out to national and international guests
• Organized, proactive, and deadline-oriented

Role Responsibilities :

Research potential guests based on podcast theme

Outreach via LinkedIn, email, or other platforms

Coordinate availability and schedule interviews

Maintain communication and manage follow-ups

Build a long-term guest pipeline
