Full Job Description

MedChemExpress has an immediate opening for HR & Accounting Manager base in India. This is a full time position with career advancement opportunities within the company.

Position : HR & Accounting Manager

The HR & Accounting Manager will be responsible for managing both Human Resources and Accounting functions. This role is vital for ensuring smooth HR operations and accurate financial record-keeping, enabling the company to meet its goals in an efficient and compliant manner.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Accounting :

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including handling accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare financial reports such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Manage payroll processes, ensuring accurate and timely payments to employees.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and coordinate with external auditors as needed.
• Reconcile bank statements and manage general ledger.

2. Human Resources :

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Business

Administration, or a related field.

2. At less 2 years of experience in a similar dual Accounting & HR role. (Must)

3. Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws, tax regulations, and financial compliance.

4. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

5. Strong communication.
